Overview

 

We pay our dog food bill by doing tours in the summer, at several locations around Alaska. We are looking for summer crew to help us share our sport with tourists. We provide room and competitive wages + tips. This is a great way to make money while school is out, learn about mushing, and see Alaska. We hire only experienced mushers and their dogs as tour guides, but we have other positions as dog handlers, gift shop personnel, bus and van drivers, photographers, and office staff. We encourage those wanting to learn to race next winter to start during the summer months to save up and gain experience. You can't beat Alaska in the summer, with 20 hours of daylight and endless outdoor activities, we have a lot of fun. Our team works hard, and plays hard, but above all we strive to provide the public with a positive, professional taste of our sport.
