Drive Yourself And Stay The Night
Your day will start with the Exit Glacier Tour with
lunch where your will get to learn to mush your own dog team. You will take a dog
team down Exit Glacier Road within view if the Glacier.
This road is closed in the winter, so dog team is one of
the only ways you can see Exit Glacier in the winter
time. The road is wide and easy to maneuver a dog
team, so anyone can learn. Once you arrive, you
will rest and eat lunch. Make sure you bring your
camera to get pictures of this beautiful glacier.
Once you are done with lunch, you will mush back to the
Seavey's Iditarod Racing Kennels.
After the tour, you will check into a cabin at Abode
Well Cabins near our kennels and just 4 miles outside of
Seward. Our cabins are nestled in the woods and
features a full kitchen, private parking, and room
enough for 8 to sleep.
The next morning, take a tour of the Alaska Sealife
Center before you leave Seward.
Price: $319 per adult, based on double occupancy

Late march, Early April Specialty Package
Start your day with a tour of the Alaska Sealife Center.
Then take the 2 Hour Dog Sled Ride and Tour where your
will get to visit the Seavey Family's Iditarod Racing Kennels in
Seward, Alaska. See first hand the preparations underway to get an Iditarod team to the starting
line as you tour the kennel, cuddle the adorable puppies, and then
hitch teams of 8-12 dogs for an 7 mile dog sled ride.
You can drive the sled or ride in the basket, either way
you will be accompanied by one of our guides through the
incredible scenery of the Seward Alaska. Great for
families that just want a little taste.
After the tour, you will check into a cabin at Abode

The next morning, take a Gray Whale Watching Tour out of
Resurrection Bay. Get a front row seat as these
magnificent mammals pass by the mouth of Resurrection
Bay. Join our captains as they observe Gray Whales — the
only whales without dorsal fins. Watch for their bushy,
heart-shaped blow rising up to 13 feet in the air.
